What is LREF?
The London Real Estate Forum (LREF) is the UK’s leading event for the built environment sector. It’s where 2,000+ leaders, innovators and decision-makers come together for a full day of ideas, debate and collaboration across five stages, roundtables and networking spaces. This year, it is taking place Wednesday 16 September at the Guildhall, City of London.

How can my organisation get involved in shaping the LREF programme?
LREF’s programme is developed in collaboration with our sponsors and partners, who play a central role in shaping themes, sessions, and speaker contributions.

Will I receive more information before the event?
Yes – closer to the time, all registered delegates will receive a Delegate Information Pack by email.
This will include:
- Venue details and timings
- Arrival and registration instructions
- Accessibility information
- Session and networking information
- Any additional updates you’ll need to plan your day.

What if I need to cancel my ticket?
Tickets to LREF are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague at no extra charge. To do this, simply log in to the registration portal and update the attendee details directly. The link to your registration portal can be found in your booking confirmation email.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No – you will not receive a physical ticket. Your printed badge will be ready for collection when you arrive.

Will we receive a delegate list?
Yes – a list of participating organisations will be available once LREF has concluded. To receive this, please contact lref@nla.london.
